Leandra Nira Ruiz, 35, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Phillip Grimes pursuant to local warrants/ motion to revoke/ violation of community supervision/ driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age (two counts).

146 persons have been arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) offences for the year so far.  That's according to data provided by the Police Service. According to a release, the Traffic and Highway Branch has tested over 2900 motorists, apart from the 845 voluntary breath tests that was carried out of which 304 persons were found to be over the limit.

Subject remains in custody. Megan Nicole Hodge, 34, by Carthage Police Department Investigator Brack LaGrone for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one between one and four grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
