Kin of deceased protest high murder rate

Family members of murdered or missing Mexicans have marched for four days to the capital to take their message to President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who refused to receive them. Last year saw the homicide rate at 35,000 - an all-time high for the country. The relatives say the president has not empowered the police force or strengthened the judiciary and has instead militarised the fight against crime.
