The Central Marin Police Department is currently in the process of investigating a hate-driven occurrence that took place earlier today within the vicinity of Larkspur and Corte Madera.During the morning hours of Sunday, July 30, 2023, a number of residents residing in Larkspur and Corte Madera came upon small, transparent plastic pouches situated on their driveways. Within these pouches were pamphlets containing offensive content of both anti-Semitic and racially prejudiced nature. The affected residents who reported the incident did not witness any individuals distributing these materials within their neighborhoods, nor did they observe any other dubious activities.

Law enforcement officials conducting the investigation have taken possession of these pouches and pamphlets as potential evidence. The officers have diligently combed through the neighborhoods in question, recovering additional pouches from driveways, lawns, and the front-yard vegetation. A systematic search for residential surveillance cameras facing the street has been conducted, yielding potential video footage that might have captured the perpetrator(s) or their vehicle.

It is imperative to underscore that the Central Marin Police Department vehemently condemns and will not tolerate any manifestation of hate speech. A comprehensive informational dossier will be furnished to the Marin County District Attorney's Office detailing the particulars of this hate-related incident.
